Hey, I’m Gemma, a personal trainer passionate about helping people transform their lives through fitness. Having once been overweight, I understand the challenge of taking that first step.

My story

My own fitness journey has taught me the importance of setting goals and pushing beyond your limits. I have the insight, knowledge and dedication to help you achieve your goals. One of my own was to run the London Marathon, which I was lucky enough to do in 2024 for Prostate Cancer.

I enjoy both running and weight training, and often Bear (my dog) will be out running along side me. Fitness is a central part of my life, and I bring that same enthusiasm from my own training into my work.

I create personalised plans tailored to your goals and lifestyle. Whether you’re aiming to lose weight, build strength, or simply improve your fitness. I also teach classes, which range from high intensity Bootcamps to targeted legs, bums and tums. All designed to challenge you but keep it fun and engaging.

For me, fitness isn’t just about the physical changes- it’s about boosting confidence, improving your health and building a sustainable lifestyle. Whether you’re preparing for a marathon or just starting out, I’m her to guide you with support and motivation. Oh and some laughs along the way!
